How to improve your life and be happier 2.
Wake up early
This speaks for itself. You can get a lot more done in the morning hours. I wake up between 6:30 and 7:00 at 5:30. I’m a lot more productive before work and can get many things done in a short time. If you have to work later, you’ll have a time limit too, which will help you focus more.
Wake up early = go to bed early. If you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll hardly be really focused. I go to sleep around 22:00 – 22:30.
Sleeping is extremely important. Watch the following videos to find out why.

Tip: use sleep cycle or any other app to track the length of your sleep. This will help you to be more disciplined about going to sleep in time.
Tip: Don’t use a computer screen or mobile screen before going to sleep for about one hour. Yes, I know about blue light filter apps and nightshift on your mac. Still, just grab a tee (without caffeine) and read a nice book, preferably paper based. It will help you a lot. It does help if you don’t eat sport muesli which contains caffeine. Don’t make the same mistake as me ๐

Breathing
This takes only a few minutes in each day. I started doing this before meditation. It’s a great experience. I think it will help me breathe better.
Cold showers
This is a rather interesting topic. Some people say it’s bullshit, some people say it will improve your life in many ways. My point? Try it for yourself, however do it consistently for at least two-three weeks. Don’t just try it once and say the water is cold. Also always do your research. I’ve read that after a heavy training one should not use a cold shower as it slows down regeneration process.
Definitely use cold showers in the morning if you would like to wake up easily.
